Achievements and Recognitions


During my five years at Miracle, these are what Miracle has achieved:

-        Significant sales increase from 2006 to 2011
-        Establishment of new clinics from 10 in 2006 to 16 in 2011
-        Perceived profile and image as a ‘Classy and Reputable Clinic’ by the customers (reported in a marketing research by an independent research company)
-        Recognition in a feature article published in LNE & SPA – American Edition, the magazine for skin care and spa professionals – July 2010
-        Being mentioned as ’The Pride of Indonesia Business Entity’ by Hermawan Kartajaya, President of World Marketing Association
-        Winning an award from the Indonesia Solid Waste Association as one of the companies that uses eco-friendly shopping bags

The above achievements and recognitions are the results of the development of:
-        Marketing Plan and Strategy
-        New branding (logo, branding guideline, design template and strategy)
-        New tagline (‘Experience The Miracle Touch’)
-        New online media strategy ( www.miracle-clinic.com )
-        Print and online magazine ( www.miracle-magz.com )
-        Ambience ads (e.g. ‘The Talking Cars’)
-        Eco-friendly campaign (e.g. using an eco-friendly shopping bags – made of tapioca, using eco-friendly paper for printing material, water, paper and electricity-saving campaign as well as producing an eco-friendly-living guide book)
